AI in the service of industry
With private players like GENIAL, Vision Soft, Proditec and ARAIKO, alongside institutions like CATIE and CETIM, we could feel that AI had matured in this 2025 edition: machine learning for defect detection by computer vision, automated data preparation and transfer, custom communicating applications… Data intelligence is finally becoming effective at automating business processes.
Nouvelle-Aquitaine: a region thinking hard about AI impact
OPCO 2i, the inter-industrial skills operator, spoke about how they support skill-building for staff and strategic AI diagnostics. We also met the ADI team (Innovation & Development Agency), who invited us to contribute to a regional roadmap.
Regional President Alain Rousset visited our booth, where we discussed agricultural-irrigation engineering studies. The regional momentum also flows through Propulse (factory-of-the-future acceleration platform) and Dihnamic (digital innovation hub), with a strong cross-cutting focus on trustworthy AI — a pillar for DARYL.
DARYL meets the expectations of industrial SMEs and mid-caps
The first version of DARYL was shown to the industrial companies who booked meetings with us. DARYL had been configured on agricultural irrigation to answer technical questions, find the right product, run an irrigation study and produce a quote.
About twenty meetings confirmed DARYL's value in rapidly analysing customer requests and turning them into technical quotes. Our takeaway: a huge appetite for expert AI that saves time and reduces errors when crafting technical offers.
